Just Perfect
First time using this site. Everything went beyond what we expected. Beautiful house, neighborhood, and furnishings. We literally rented this house to find a house in the area and just loved it. Joe was great also. Answered all our questions . There is no need to look further. Rent this place

Great Experience
My family and I stayed for a total of 8 months. This was extended from our original shorter-term plan. Joe was very easy going, understanding and accommodating. Always on top of repairs and replacements. The home is clean and welcoming, fit for families and solo travelers alike. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING!!
This house is absolutely perfect for the traveling nurse/traveling professional. The space was perfect with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room and beautiful kitchen. Everything has been updated and well kept. The landlord, Joe, is incredibly kind, professional, and easy to reach. The neighborhood is quiet, quaint and close to interstates, shopping, dining, and more. We were sad to leave and wish we had more time in Raleigh.

Traveling welder stay
This place is a perfect spot for anyone who is new to the area or here for work. The landlord is very respectful and attentive to your needs. The house was in perfect shape when I moved in and I never had a single issue. It's in a nice neighborhood and close to many things such as Grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants! 10/10 and would highly suggest it to anyone who is interested!

Ky smith stay
This house was perfect for our daughter and her dog to stay while she was in Raleigh for her internship. It was clean and ready for our use. The neighbors were so welcoming. The landlord communicated any time some one was coming by to work on the grounds or even when he would visit to check on them. He made sure the property was maintained at all times. Best experience we have ever had!!! I would highly recommend this group.
