I'm a travel RN from WI and stayed at this property for 3 months with my fiance. The place was clean had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The landlord was easy to communicate with and available when needed. He and his wife were very kind! If I ever come back to Vermont, I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Robert for providing a wonderful home away from home!!

harassed& unsafe environment!

This landlord refused to clean up the porch area of snow and ice. I could only open the the front door about 6 inches. I had to dredge in snow&ice up to my knees to get out. This went on for a month. The landlord lives in the house attached to the rental, and all snow/ice was removed from his property. When asked for the snow& ice to be removed, I was called a MORON more than once. I wasn't allowed to hire someone to clear a path. I did lock myself out of rental and was told I had to wait 3 days to get back in. I had to call the local police to help in this matter. The landlord also has many rules r/t temperature of rental being on 45 degrees and parking. These rules are laid out in a contract that needs to be signed. The actual rental is acceptable, but the landlord actually texts me unnecessarily and did not use kind words!
