Convenient & Considerate

This stay was very convenient in distance to work and downtown Nashville. The host was accommodating and very helpful in getting me what I needed. The washer had some difficulties while I was there and it was handled promptly. The downstairs neighbors were also disruptive, as the air ducts carry sound very well between the spaces, but that was also handled well. Overall, super convenient if you don't mind the shorter ceilings and the occasional downstairs neighbor noise.

Loft apartment

This is a lovely loft apartment in a quite neighborhood. I had an assignment at Vanderbilt University Medicaid Center and worked nights, so I was sleeping during the day. There was not a problem with noise even when there were renters downstairs in the main house. A was easy to communicate with and always responded when I had questions. The apartment is clean and I never felt unsafe.

Comfortable and Clean

This little upstairs house is perfect for anyone who wants to be in a clean, quiet space close to literally everything. The shower is awesome and the bed is very comfortable. You can see the owner pays attention to the little details. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Loved my stay, had my own private apartment in a great neighborhood a quick drive to everything I needed including groceries, dining, downtown and my work. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
