Cozy riviera duplex with lakeview

Great stay!

Stayed here for a travel assignment in ClearLake. The apartment is great for 1 or 2 people. It is about a 20 min drive to the hospital. I felt safe and the area is quiet. I really enjoyed being so close to the grocery store too. Randy was an amazing landlord. He accommodated us (so nice), when a storm took the power out during Christmas week, and got power up and going in a timely manner. He was available, kind, and fair. I would rent with him, and in the area again.

I stayed here for about three months during one of my travel assignments and this was the perfect little spot to come home to. It was very peaceful. The views from the loft were absolutely amazing. In the morning I would have my coffee upstairs and watch the sunrise or read a book on a rainy day overlooking the lake. The outside patio was great to relax on a warm day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed. The bedroom had a TV and a comfortable bed. There was gas and a grocery store 3 mins away that was very convenient. It also had a coffee shop next door to pick up a coffee for your grocery store trip. I would highly recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay in the area. It's in a beautiful location and Randy was always very kind and helpful.

Excellent Stay!

I would highly recommend staying in this cozy duplex. The space is very spacious and clean with updated appliances, tvs, and even a comfy bed! I enjoyed my morning walks in the neighborhood with beautiful lake views, and afternoon coffee on the back patio. There's a grocery store and local coffee shop less than 5 minutes away, and easy access to the hospitals. If you're on the fence, I'd say definitely go for it!

Excellent option for healthcare travelers!

I rented this duplex while on a travel assignment for around three and a half months. It is quiet and includes everything you need to be comfortable. Some of the best parts about this rental was the amazing kitchen, the back yard, and the washer/dryer. The neighbor is very friendly too. Everything was clean and comfortable. The landlord was very kind and courteous and very easy to get a hold of when I needed him. If I could stay here again, I would in a heart beat. I highly recommend this property to anyone who needs a temporary rental.
