Best location in Clovis
I stayed in the apartment for 30 days during a hospital travel assignment. I have nothing but the highest praise for how well stocked, decorated and set up everything is. No detail has been overlooked. I stayed with my two small pups and they were safe and welcomed. Beautiful yard, lovely pool, the kitchen is perfect and I did cook, bed is comfortable, shower was great and washer/dryer such a plus and an easy drive to everywhere! Very communicative and helpful owner who goes above and beyond. If you are looking to stay in the area - look no further!

Perfect home for travel professionals
This apartment is perfect! I stayed here for 6 months while working on the area and I felt safe and completely at home. The apartment is fully outfitted and you will literally have everything you need to live here. It is located on a beautiful restful property in a lovely residential neighborhood. When I was not working I had free reign of the gorgeous grounds, I had morning coffee by the pool or ony own private patio. S the landlord is very respectful and very accessible should you have a question about the property or anything else. The kitchen is fully stocked and has full size appliances, the bed is VERY comfortable, laundry machines are tucked into the bathroom and worked great. If I come back to Clovis I will absolutely look into renting this beautiful space again.

Wonderful property and host!
This 1 bed/1 bath apartment was wonderful! I worked at downtown community regional and the drive was so easy! The apartment comes with everything you need and is in such a safe area! The owner, S, was absolutely wonderful the entire stay and even let me borrow some additional things I needed when I had some family come and visit for a weekend. S was always available if I needed anything, and even pointed me to some good auto shops when I had some car trouble while in town! I literally cant say enough good things about this rental!

Felt At home
Recently sold my house and needed somewhere to stay in between. Seems like a lot of thought went into the apartment. This place had everything I needed, was perfectly located, quiet, and brand new. I felt very safe and also felt like I had my own personal retreat when I came home from work everyday. It was also near a lot of hiking locations for day trips and weekend getaways. I would stay here again!
