I wish I could stay longer! Super nice neighborhood, I always felt safe, nice neighbors, great location. Landlord is very responsive, attentive, takes out the trash cans weekly, yard maintenance crew come regularly, anything I asked for, he was always willing to provide. I asked for a dish rack and blackout shades (Night Shift) and I got them!

Downey 1 bedroom rental
We stayed in the one bedroom unit, there are 2 units on site. The owners of this property were very responsive to all of our needs. They maintain the property well. If you ever need anything all you have to do is ask A, the property manager. He comes by once a week to keep up with maintaining the grounds. The property is great for those that have a contract at Kaiser-Downey. We were able to get to work within minutes. Honestly you could walk or ride your bike you are that close. There are also a lot of shops nearby. Great location in a safe neighborhood. Backyard has lounging chairs near the pool and fruit trees. Good sized television in the living room with a brand new appliances. Overall great experience for our first furnished finders rental.
