Gorgeous residential home - entire top floor for rent. entire 1st floor of house on one acre lot. Entire 2nd floor (basement) is a 2 BR unit that is leased.

Best first experience, set the bar really high.

I stayed at this property from Oct 2025 to May 2026, this was my first experience renting from furnished finder and first travel assignment. I was really nervous being out of my comfort zone but the experience I had here really set the bar high for future stays. Rebecca was extremely kind and accommodating throughout my stay here. She was checking on me and making sure I was doing okay every so often. We had an ice storm and she provided me with a kerosene heater, candles, as well as a light. In my opinion she went above and beyond what a typical landlord would do for a tenant. I am extremely grateful for the generosity she showed me, even though I was 800 miles away from home, I felt extremely safe being there. If I ever take another contract in Nashville I will be sure to come back here again.

Our August, 2022 stay in a lovely area of Hendersonville, Tennessee

From our first meeting with R - and a tour of the space - we felt that we were in for a wonderful experience! Everything was so convenient yet we were in the country! The apartment was very restful and peaceful. The kitchen was easy to use and up to date. We really enjoyed the view from the big picture windows in the living room. K and L C
