Great Studio
James, the property owner, was super accomodating. The place looked brand new and it included everything that I needed. If you're a single person or a couple looking for a one-bedroom studio, this is your place! It was close to the subway 13min walk and the neighborhood felt safe. The unit is near a laundry mat (5 min walk) and close to a grocery store (5 min walk). I commuted every day into the city using the 4 line, so this was super convenient. The only bad thing about the area is parking, it's not impossible to find parking but it can be difficult at times. But if you don't have a car, then this place is perfect!
