Nice location and landlords.

Review is for the Animal House. Pet friendly, laundry is free and on-premises but shared with other tenants, plenty of street parking. Short 10-15 minute drive from UNM. Carol is very nice and accommodating. Will return if I find myself needing a place in Albuquerque again.

Lead Avenue Property Close to Presbyterian Hospital

This unit was truly move-in ready and completed with all the comforts of home, to include a charcoal grill. The laundry is free and the parking lot is dedicated for tenants only. Pets are welcomed and a large park with lots of room for dogs to run borders the south side of the property. A neighborhood dog play group meets early morning. Walking distance to Presbyterian (5 minute-walk) and UNMH (30 minute-walk). Dunkin' Donuts, D&G's deli, and Talking Drums Cafe are close, convenient, and delicious. Rent payments are made easy - can pay monthly or weekly. Owners are easily accessible and practical and are willing to fix, build, create, and problem-solve anything. Glad the Roxbury had an open space when I needed one. I would stay here again before considering a hotel.

Great stay

Very convenient to the hospitals and shopping area. Safe neighborhood. Apartment had more than enough room. Landlords are friendly and quick to respond. It was a comfortable stay. In fact, we have extended our stay and will now be here until at least December.
