A Place to Heal

I needed to find a place to live after my divorce was final that was near my elderly father in Grayson. I put feelers out on social media, and the common response I received was good luck finding an affordable basement apartment in that area. What a blessing it was to find a listing for what I needed that surpassed any expectation that I had. This home was so well thought out. The beautiful pictures are exactly what you find when you visit this space. The pictures do not do justice to the wonderful people who own the home. Anytime I needed anything, Heather and Lloyd were so responsive. Heather is a wonderful decorator. I could not believe that this stylish apartment could be somewhere I could call home during a difficult time in my life. Everything you need is furnished and beautiful. The setup with parking and the private entrance is ideal.

Inviting Atmosphere

I am grateful to have had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment. Upon entering, I immediately noticed how bright, clean and spacious it was - it had such a modern yet homey look and feel. I fell in love with the place! Heather, the hostess, did an excellent job of creating a welcoming aesthetic. The kitchen had a chic island and beautiful white cabinets, while the living and dining room were quaint yet modern. I loved the vibrant, airy look of the bedroom and in-suite bathroom, lots of closets! Everything is beautifully furnished with modern art paintings, all the amenities of comfort you could ask for. Most important to me is the apartment is peaceful and safe. Heather is a great hostess!! She is warm, with a beautiful personality and always greeted me with a bright beautiful smile. She and her husband Lloyd were always available if there was an issue, consistently made certain I had what I needed and was comfortable. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment!!

The home looks just like the picture but even better in person! The neighborhood is nice, close to many shopping and eating places. I felt safe and at home during my stay. The landlords are nice, professional and respond quickly.

Everything you need as a traveler and more! I felt at home while staying at this property. Very private and safe. The hosts were amazing and easy to contact if needed.
