Comfortable stay

The bedroom is charmingly decorated with spacious closet and large bookshelf, shared bathroom is clean and adequate, and shared living space is awesome because it is roomy, well-lit, comfortable couch and cozy gas fireplace. The backyard is pretty to look at and relaxing--private with sitting bench and shade. The driveway has roomy parking. The neighborhood is clean and safe. The landlord is really nice, caring and respects your privacy.

Spacious Private Room

My stay at this property was delightful! The private room was immaculate and the perfect living space. Beautiful art. I enjoyed listening to my music, researching topics for work and watching movies on my laptop. There was a beautiful sitting room to lounge and a spacious kitchen to prepare my favorite meals and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries in the morning.The view from the sitting room offered a peaceful and relaxing setting. I felt safe and comfortable in the home and had easy access to a washer/dryer and shared bath. The washer/dryer was a luxury and a definite relief on the financial budget. My commute to work at Providence Sacred Heart was a breeze at just five minutes away. The property owner, S, was professional, pleasant and friendly. She was considerate and thoughtful of my need for warmth as the temperature dropped outside. She ensured there was adequate heat. I would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely stay here again.
