The Perfect Stay!

I stayed at Holly House in the fall 2025. It's extremely well located for everything you need in Salem: The state hospital, Salem hospital, shopping mall, restaurants, grocery store, I-5, and less than 5 minutes to downtown. I'd walk around the neighborhood in the afternoons and evenings and never felt unsafe. This is a family-friendly neighborhood. The home is beautiful inside. It's spacious and completely updated and absolutely charming. Holly didn't miss a thing. If I needed something, it was there, right down to screwdrivers and a ratchet set ;) This is the best stocked rental I've ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. Holly was also there for me if I had any questions and she's a lovely, cheerful landlord. The best!! 5-star rating from me.

Holly was so amazing throughout our stay! Any problem we had she was so quick to respond and take care of any issues though they were minimal! Very comfortable and extremely well stocked. Such a beautiful home and very well taken care of. It made my first travel assignment so much more comfortable during a stressful time. I cant say enough good things about Holly or her property! I would recommend it to anyone!

LOVED IT

Where do I begin. H and this house are awesome! This was my first travel nursing contract away from home.. but some how, I still felt right at home thanks to H's hospitality. She even had special goodies waiting for us upon our arrival.. it is the little details that set this host apart! This house was fully stocked with any thing we could thing of needing, this really took the stress out of our stay. H has thought of everything from black out curtains, to kitchen appliance, and beyond. The house is very updated and clean, the decorations are very tasteful. If we had any questions or needed assistance, H was very prompt and helpful. We felt very safe in the area and felt the location was very convenient to the hospital, restaurants, stores, and more. If I ever find myself in Oregon again, I would stay with H in a heartbeat. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend this house as well as H. -N

Charming 2 Bedroom

This property is the perfect location, very close the downtown Salem, The Yard, and Salem Health Hospital! The house is exactly as the pictures display. The host has worked very hard on creating a welcoming environment. The decorations are tasteful and homey. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The beds and couch are incredibly comfy. The host is wonderful and responsive. She is very accommodating and we are happy we are able to extend our stay! :)

Awesome Stay!

I truly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The house is modern, bright and pristine. It is fully stocked and perfectly appointed with great attention to detail. The neighborhood, warm and quiet. H is an awesome host, easily reachable and responds promptly. I would definitely stay there again.

Cozy home feeling

This was such a beautiful home. The pictures are accurate. Holly is soo nice and accommodating. If you need anything she is on it. She hung blackout curtains the day I moved in when she found out I worked nights. Absolutely amazing. Definitely gonna miss staying here and if Im in Salem again I will be looking for this place. The home is well stocked with everything you could ever need. She really went all out!! Very thoughtful. A+++++
