Trendy 1BD 1BA in Arts District Near Major Hospitals

Great location and landlord!

I'm a travel nurse! It's about 20-25 min from CHCO. This is a great location and is near all the surrounding popular areas. Christina the landlord was amazing! She was always available to answer any questions or problems that I had. My microwave broke and she replaced it as soon as she could with no issues and was communicative during the entire process. I'm a dayshift nurse. It is on a busy street and there are no blackout curtains so if you work nightshift it might not be for you, but noise level wise, the traffic didn't bother me and I just used an eye mask on days I wanted to sleep in while off work.

Loved the apartment and location!

I stayed here with my partner and dog, and the apartment was perfectly furnished and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The apartment complex was quiet and located in a great neighborhood. Nina was communicative and helpful whenever needed throughout our stay. Our original lease was 3 months, but we ended up extending a few weeks. Would definitely recommend!

Adorable!

Perfection! Great location near downtown and the Santa Fe arts district. A great view of downtown from the windows is a huge bonus! Parking is not an issue with the included off street reserved space located directly outside the entrance. The unit is a private and quiet upstairs 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom. It is adorably decorated and has all the conveniences you need to have a very enjoyable stay. N, the owner, is so welcoming and available at just a text away if you should need anything. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great property in the perfect location!

This property is perfect if youre new in town! Its in a great area near lots of restaurants and the area is safe as well. All the amenities were updated and the area was quiet for night shifters as well. Truly no complaints I would have stayed longer if I didnt decide to move here full time!

Great, Afforable Apartment

We loved our stay here! This apartment couldnt have been more perfect for our contract in Denver. Super close to everything yet in a walkable neighborhood. Great local coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The property owner was incredible to work with - very accommodating and nice! Would definitely recommend this space!

AMAZING

This is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. I really enjoyed the views of both the mountains and the city! Great restaurants near by and close the the hospital! N was amazing such a sweet women! If you are looking to stay in Denver I highly recommend 10/10!
