Cozy and Accommodating

Dawn is a very friendly and accommodating landlord! She went above and beyond to make me and my cat feel comfortable and welcome in the new space. Her home is cozy and well kept, looks just like the pictures. The bathroom was clean and felt like it had an endless supply of hot water which was great after a long shift! Overall the area was close to everything you needed, grocery, parks shopping centers within a short drive. I would be happy to rent from her again.

During my time at Dawns rental it was an absolute pleasure! She was so accommodating, loved my fur baby as her own and we even created a great friendship! She is always there when you need anything and goes above and beyond for your comfort. Hands down staying here on any of my VA contracts! Thanks again Dawn!

Excellent Room!

This is a lovely home in a safe neighborhood in Chesapeake, close to Battlefield Blvd (shopping, dining, etc.). I stayed here with my small puppy and Dawn was a huge help with him, letting him out and walking him while I was working/away, and was very accommodating throughout my stay. Everything was clean and in good shape. The room itself is so nice and cozy, with a comfortable bed, a good sized desk/workspace, and a roomy closet. The private bathroom has a handheld shower head and a spacious counter/sink. Loved staying here! I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a quiet, nice spot with a kind and helpful landlord. Perfect for pets too, since theres a small fenced in area behind the house where they can potty and enjoy the outdoors! For leash walking, the neighborhood is great and theres a dog park only about 10 mins away.

Great location, quiet neigborhood.

Great location, 13 minutes drive to Chesapeake Regional Hospital. Host is great, very understanding and able to adapt to varying work schedules of tenants. Room is comfortable and personal bathroom always a plus. Full kitchen with access to fridge and pantry. Definitely recommend if you are working at CRMC.
