Great stay

This place was cute and perfect for a travel contract to St. Joseph's. 10 min drive. Option for street parking in a clean neighborhood. The landlords were quick with responses and very helpful.

Safe for evening shift

I'd still be there but was no longer needed on contract. Very kind and responsive LL. Friendly neighbors. Great location near shopping and food and easy enough jump to the highway. I was evening shift at Bayview so would leave late afternoon and come back around midnight. As a single female I did not want to be in the city because of that so this location was perfect. In my several months here I always felt safe. Hit or miss on street parking around midnight but it was great to always have a spot in the parking lot that's right there. The closet was also a dream and held everything I needed / accumulated over my stay. Package delivery was very convenient to the hub, and for anything delivered to the door, you won't have to worry about it being taken. Definitely adding to the properties I would return to.

great stay!

Had such a great stay here. Felt like a home away from home. The area is nice with lots of stores, grocery, shopping and the like nearby. Street parking is free and in the three months I was here I never had a problem finding a spot right in front. But they also provide you with a parking pass in case there ever isn't a spot on the street. The apartment was cozy and had all of the amenities/utensils needed to cook my own meals which I did most of the time. Also the landlord was very responsive via text or email and I never had an issue. Most importantly as two females traveling we never felt like our privacy was invaded which is huge! I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Customer Service

One rainy sunday afternoon, I wanted a cup of tea, but the kettle provided was broken, and the switch to the wifi was turned off. I texted the rental agency. I got a quick response, and someone was at my doorstep with a brand new kettle and tea cookies and solution to my wifi issues within an hour. This level of thoughtfulness was completely unexpected. The interior of the apartment looks exactly like the photos, and the area was quiet and safe.

Equitable space

The apartment itself and the owners were very awesome. The only issue I had was the neighbors but the property manager and apartment manager did their best to resolve my concerns. I would recommend them to anyone.
