Entire Condo Tampa, FL 1bdrm 1 bth - Advent Health, Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa General

Great place to stay!

Susana is super responsive, which was great. The home was clean and just enough space for me. I was there to scout out Tampa to see if I'd like to move there soon. The home is a convenient 15-20 minute drive into Tampa and 10 minutes away from a great running trail. I also enjoyed having access to the gym and the pool at the community where this home is. Everything was just as described. I would definitely recommend! Thank you, Susana!

Clean and cozy!

Great place for med/PA students or any healthcare student rotating in the area! Susana was a wonderful host and was very accommodating and quick to replies! Fully functional kitchen with everything you need and more! Wonderful stay.

Great stay

Clean, safe, and prime location

You wont find a better owner/landlord

While my life was chaotic having just moved to Tampa for a new job, my time staying here was not. If I had any issue or question it was quickly or happily resolved by the owner. She actually cares that you have a nice stay. The place is very clean and quiet. The location is nice with easy highway access and I enjoyed the neighborhood for evening walks after work.

Great stay

Property is great, location is great, host is awesome and always responds and checks in on you. To see how your stay is at her property. Its Florida so you will see bugs outside and lizards. She cant help that though, you also have valet trash pick up which is a plus.

Great stay

The landlord S, is amazing. Allowed me to rent garage short term, stay a few extra days, and even mailed me items I left at property. Very accommodating, thoughtful host who is quick to respond to any issues or needs. The space is warm, inviting and with comfortable furnishings. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing host

Where do I start? It was a great experience from start to finish.. S your host is not only on top of everything but if something does arise she is available without hesitation. Great human being she is attentive, thoughtful, caring and now a great friend of mine. The apartment location is very convenient super close to major highway. 20-25mins drive to Tampa. Quiet, clean and modern furniture and appliances. Super cozy with everything you need for cooking, cleaning and yes even laundry in unit. Did I mention the balcony? Great place to enjoy your morning coffee and enjoy some vitamin D. I truly enjoyed staying at Susanas apartment I highly recommend it, you wont be disappointed. Oh also you get your own parking spot. Cant beat that.
