Private One Bedroom Back House in California Heights

I loved this property! It is perfect in size and has all the things needed to make you comfortable for your short or long term stay! D is amazing and was such a great landlord and made me feel always comfortable and took the time to get to know me and develop a wonderful relationship! It's awesome to have off street parking especially in California. It's also really nice to have in unit washer and dryer too! I felt very safe in the neighborhood and would come back again!

Very nice and comfortably furnished apartment in a quiet neighborhood and in a very convenient location in Long Beach, near shopping, dining, breweries, Target, etc., as well as the freeways. D. was a splendid host, friendly and attentive, who responded very promptly and courteously to questions. My stay was extremely pleasant, and I would stay here again if the occasion arose.

This is an amazing property in Long Beach close to everything you need. D is the best host, communication is easy and so timely with her. She helped with suggestions on a gym, shopping and is just the sweetest person. The apartment is super safe with the entry from the garage, clean and cozy. There is a nice little outdoor area as well to enjoy the beautiful California weather. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!
