Spacious Basement w/ private entrance,1BR/1BATH, and Office Room.

Great Stay!

I stayed here for close to 6 months and had a fantastic stay! The basement has everything you could need and plenty of space. What really separates this property from others is Nali ( and Bruno). Nali is very friendly, and very accommodating and will address and issues in an extremely quick manor. Couldnt ask for a better landlord. Bruno is also the man, he is a super sweet and chill dog, he will run up to you, get a few pets and then go about his business. On top of all that, the property is close to everything you could need: grocery stores, restaurants, bars, the highway. If youre looking for a property that is close to everything but also on a quiet street, look no further. Highly recommended 10/10

Great place to stay

Nali is a very friendly host and I have to say, he has a very sweet dog, Bruno! Youll absolutely love Bruno if youre a dog person. The place was spacious, well maintained, and had what I needed. Nali always responded in a timely manner if I had any questions. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

I couldn't recommend this place more. I just moved from the West Coast and I was looking for an affordable play to stay while waiting for my apartment to become available. Large private space with private entrance. The backyard was very nice and my dog loved it. Nali was always responsive if I had a question or concern and treated my dog like his own. I would easily stay here again.

Perfect for travelers

Im a travel nurse that needed a decent spot close to work and this was exactly that. N was a great and friendly host. The basement is spacious and has most everything you need. I traveled with a dog so the fenced in back yard was a plus! This property is close to many food spots, trails, dog parks etc. definitely would stay here again!

I am grateful for N and B's hospitality and friendliness. The basement is spacious and private. Any maintenance issues were addressed immediately. My dogs enjoyed having a yard to play in and I ejoyed having a space to focus on work in peace. Would definitely stay here again, if available.

Awesome place ideal location dog friendly

The basement apt is spacious, clean and in a safe and ideal location and best part dog friendly. There are many trails, lakes and parks that are easily accessible. As a female travel nurse, I felt very safe with the shared space. Nali, the landlord communicated promptly if needed at any time but also very respectful ensuring my privacy. He kept a very clean house. I appreciated him checking on my dog like he was his own. He would happily help dog sit when I was out of town or working. He is a very kind considerate LL who makes sharing a space very easy. I occupied the basement. its equipped with a kitchenette set up/dining area and one bedroom with ample storage. A full bathroom with a large tub making baths delightful. The washer dryer tv wifi all worked as listed. Private entry with a pin pad lock and ample outdoor lighting. The location was close to NIH and every amenity was close-by. It was great living here, highly recommend this space. Felt lucky to have lived here!!

Quiet private spacious apartment

Absolutely no issues here. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed and couch. Would rent this place again without hesitation. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and the Metro. Very easy access to the highway as well. Hope to stay here again in the future.
