Rustic chic cozy home w/ private lush garden

Very cute and affordable apartment

This apartment is super cute and clean! Perfect for a solo traveler and a small pet. There is off street parking and a private entrance from the main house with door code for extra safety. The apartment is very quiet and the bedroom has blackout curtains and an air unit to keep it dark and cool; perfect if you are working an overnight shift. There are food options and grocery stores right around the corner and there is easy access to major highways/roads. I stayed in similar apartments in the area and this property was by far the best and the most affordable! I would definitely recommend to any traveler looking for a nice place to stay in Eugene!

Wonderful Space

I stayed here for 3 months and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, clean, very nicely decorated, and is supplied with all essentials. The outdoor space is lovely and the house is close to the Willamette River which is great for running/biking/walking. M is a great host, is very responsive and even provided us with many suggestions of great local things to do and things outside of Eugene as well.
