Smooth stay.

I personally enjoyed my stay. The landlord is very nice and I actually met her and she provided me with a walkthrough prior to me actually making the decision to stay. The walls are slightly thin as others have said you can hear the neighbors to an extent but there has not been anyone lived there who were obnoxiously loud. There is a great coffee shop nearby and the grocery store is also very close. The parking is nice and covered to help protect your vehicle from the elements but the spots are in pretty close proximity to one another so if you have a larger vehicle take that into consideration but it definitely will fit with the others. The apartment was stocked with so many supplies all of the things you could need to last at least the first month besides food. The apartment clean and well furnished. I met multiple other travelers here at this location because the land lady leases 4 units to all travelers, so that was also a nice experience.

Great stay

I stayed at the 1 bed 1 bath apartment. This apartment has everything you need for a long term stay and is very close to grocery stores and hospitals. The walls are a bit thin but I had no problem with noise. The kitchen is older and my only con was the sink, otherwise there was a lot of storage space and the appliances were newer. You also get a covered parking spot so that was nice.The property manager is very responsive and professional. I definitely recommend this place for a long term stay.

Worth it. Responsive management.

I stayed at the 2-bedroom I-bath unit. Modest amenities, and by a somewhat busy street so if youre sensitive to noise during daytime, consider other options. However, on the whole, this property is worth staying at. The unit is clean and presentable and perfect for the needs of travel workers. Elizabeth, the property manager, has been very responsive and professional to my needs, including replacing the old tv with a brand-new one immediately when I asked. Hassle-free check-in, check-out, and booking, clear instructions on everything, grocery is a 5-minute walk away. Neighbors are friendly. Property is adjacent to the fancy part of town and that neighborhood is great for walking/jogging. Nights are super-quiet.

Did not feel safe

Fellow nurse colleagues, this is not a good spot for day or night shifters. The area is very noisy and directly across from a school/church. Buses, playground with kids and vehicle activity. The walls are very thin and you can hear the other tenants talking and noise thru the vents. people outside all hours of night too. The building and carport frequently smelled of smoke and pot. My roommate complained and the host said nobody else had ever complained. to resolve the issue she sent a text to tenants reiterating no smoking. The next day my room mates vehicle was egged. When we expressed concern for our safety and asked her to look at the surveillance camera, No response by host. We ended up moving out early as the last evening there was police cars with lights at our apartment for a domestic battery call with an arrest issued. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable furniture and good water pressure, but if you need rest from a professional standpoint dont stay here.

Great location

Property had everything I needed and then some. L the PM was great and the property maintenance guy was amazing also! Anything I needed help with (which was not much) they were always available! The apartment was cozy and homey feeling. It is about a 7min drive to St. Johns, and everything else is a close drive. I would stay here again.

The property was very nice. It was clean and had all of the things that I would expect. The owner was very nice and always responded in a timely manner when I had any questions. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect apt

This apt was nice to stay at. Close to everything. Grocery store is a 5 min walk which was convenient. The apt itself was stocked with everything a traveler could need. It was also clean and the furniture was up to date. The property manager was very attentive and also very quick to respond to any issues. Would definitely stay here again if I have to work here in Springfield.

Great stay, clean and updated housing conveniently located. Landlord was attentive and responsive and stocked the apartment with every potential necessity. Would definitely stay again!
