Great stay!

I stayed in one of Stacey's properties for 3 months for work. I was comfortable during that period. Stacey was a great host, very welcoming and attentive. The location was quiet and accessible to downtown Springfield and other restaurants. I was extremely pleased with my stay.

Stacie is Amazing!

I remained at the property for nearly 11 months. Stacie from the beginning was very responsive to any communications and prompt to address any issues I had, regardless of how small. If I ever travel back to Springfield, IL and as long that there's an availability... that is where I will Stay. Thank you for a lovely experience. Ray S

Comfy & Convenient

My stay here on this property felt like a home away from home. I stayed at this property during my clinical rotations at one of the nearby hospitals and it was such a convenient drive only 5 minutes away! The owners were so welcoming and so helpful with any questions or troubles that I had. I was here during the winter period and woke up to my stairway already salted and melting before heading off to an early shift and that would genuinely make my day! The owners are responsive and quick with just a text or call! I really loved the convenience of having most kitchen appliances and sets of kitchenware. There was plenty of storage and the desk and board were the most helpful since I had spent hours studying for my exams. The furniture was super comfy and cozy as well and the owners are very easygoing if you are looking to have respectful guests for a short stay. I would highly recommend this property if any healthcare professionals are looking for a close and convenient place to stay :)

Home away from home

Wow!!! This place literally has everything you need. I'm a traveling Xray tech and needed a place to stay during my assignment, and man am I glad I found this place. Stacey, the landlord is the nicest person, and she's not just there to collect rent. She's very friendly and accommodating, and was even willing to send someone help me get back in the house when I locked myself out like an idiot lol. Neighborhood is super quiet and chill, and faces a school. Totally adorable to see the kids out playing in the schoolyard before I went to work. Made me think of my own. Springfield itself is a small town, so everything you would need is within 15 minutes, but there are some convenient stores closer for emergency purchases. Sorry for the lengthy post, but I know its tough finding quality apartments, and you should not overlook this one.
