Beautiful location and private. Christine and Joey were great landlords to me and very welcoming. I felt very safe since i travel alone thats very important to me. The unit itself was just what I needed and more to recover from long shifts and perfectly located close to everything I could need including my place of work.

Cozy space

I loved my time in this cozy mobile home! I felt incredibly safe tucked away in what feels like the country, but is really only a 2 minute drive from the freeway. The landlords are such lovely people and always had great recommendations for what to do around town. I loved observing the wildlife of the area from my windows (turkeys, deer, quail) and listening to the frogs and owls in the night. Not to mention the convenience of location, a quick drive to work in Santa Maria and short drive to grocery stores. The full kitchen was also so great to have for meal prep! Would definitely recommend!

The BEST!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I have stayed in this home for over a year while doing a travel contract on the central coast and I am so sad to leave. The house, the view and the owners are all AMAZING!!! The house is so cozy, has everything you need for an extended stay, and the owners are very friendly and always on top of everything! If I ever come back to this area I would stay here again without a doubt!!

Slice of Heaven

An absolute must if you want tranquility after long shifts! Owners are very nice and available for your needs. They have lovingly renovated and preserved this unique get-away, and they maintain it very well. The full kitchen is such a bonus if you like to cook and maintain some normalcy while traveling. The views and property location are wonderful! I can't say enough good things. Very relaxing property... a slice of heaven!

Incredible House + Experience

This property is EPIC! I cannot say enough good things about it. In fact, I even offered to buy it from the owners (but my offer was graciously declined - lol). Everything about this place is wonderful. It's quiet, peaceful, safe, spacious, clean & gorgeous. The house is so cute with tons of original character and lots of modern updates & touches. The grounds are so gorgeous, and the view from the dining room window & back patio are postcard-worthy. I lived here alone for 9 months and wished I could stay longer! Plenty of room for 2-3 people tho. The property owners are super cool & chill, but also reponded promptly should I have needed anything. They're also just great people to talk to as well. Located just outside of Arroyo Grande city limits, it's is the perfect blend of country living with all your city amenities a few minutes away. You can hop on 101 from here very easily, in just a few minutes. If you get a chance to stay here, I honestly cannot recommend it enough.

Beautiful location in Oak forest. The hosts were very friendly, and the unit was clean and well-equipped. Would stay again!

Beautiful home

The property, house, and view from the house is gorgeous. Loved staying here. Property owners are polite and ensure your stay there is enjoyable. If this place is available, get it! You wont regret it.

Train house review

I had a wonderful stay at train house! The views were breathtaking and the property was gorgeous. It was close to Santa Maria where I worked and near amazing wineries. J and C were great landlords who responded quickly to any concerns. The property looks as shown in the pictures and was an overall great place to live!

Vineyard View

I was very happy at this property. Close to hospital and beaches, lovely view and owners very responsive to any needs or issues that arose. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Relaxing Retreat

Great property and great owners!! Loved how relaxing and serene this location was, but still close enough to everything! Great outdoor areasyes there are a fewto kick back and unwind after work. Having a washer/dryer was a big plus too!! If Im ever in the area again I would definitely stay here!

A favorite!

I'm a travel nurse who was at Marion in Santa Maria,and was soooo pleased I found this clean beautiful little space to call home.This was not only a beautiful property my vintage trailer vibe with fresh updated inside,,it was clean and private with beautiful surroundings felt like u were miles from everything but u were actually located conveniently to all kinds of shopping cute towns and of coarse that beautiful California coast,,, the Host we're wonderful everything provided that I could have needed,,,,hope I can return one day.
