Very nice home with cozy cottage feel

We rented this property for 11 months while our new house was being built. Ruby Cottage was great for our needs. We found it had a great older-home feel...warm and cozy. The best part may have been the property owner, T. T was just the best. For instance, upon move-in, we asked if the Spectrum internet service could be enhanced for cable TV (with us obviously paying an extra monthly fee). T jumped right on that and within 24 hours, we had cable TV. Our original lease was 10 months but our new house wasn't going to be ready for another month so T said no problem and stay the extra month. He was even willing to prorate a month if need be. We really enjoyed our stay there.

We had an amazing stay at the Ruby Cottage. It felt just like home! Clean, well-furnished, pet friendly. Very close to Pioneer Park and to hospital district. Good coffee in walking distance too. We really enjoyed our time here. T and S are wonderful people and great landlords, very good communication. Would highly recommend staying here during your time in Billings :)

Ruby is a gem!!

I had a wonderful time spent at the r cottage! Such great hosts and a great location. Beautifully decorated, huge front yard and a backyard both usable with a beautiful back patio and string lights in the tree! Pioneer park is under a 5 min walk and offers a cute walking area, picnic area and disc golf! Downtown is within a 10 min drive ! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend !!
