Great hospitality

This has been a phenomenal experience. Barb and Corey are super kind, friendly and provide a great experience in their home. They are generous in their hospitality where you feel like you are truly being welcomed in the space. They (and their adorable dogs) create a sense of ease to feel at home and have become great friends. The neighborhood is quiet, This has been one of the best stays in that experience.

Best ever

Two friendly people and their two pups... What could be better when renting a room in a lovely home, nice neighborhood, quiet, clean. All the good stuff and very easygoing, communicative and flexible. Made my 9+ month stay more than just a rental, but a place to call home for a bit. 5 star deluxe treatment all around. :)

Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend! Cory and Barb are quintessential hosts - kind, courteous, and private. The home is very clean and comfortable and the guest room and bathroom were spacious and more than adequate for my 3 month stay. Highlights include a comfortable bed, nice tv, private refrigerator.

Excellent environment for a room rental

B and C are awesome. I stayed in the back bedroom with a private bathroom outside of the bedroom. They provided an amazing & safe space. I work from home, so I spent a lot of time there and I felt well received from them and their friends and family. They have two little dogs, and you will not be expected to care for them (which I personally enjoyed...I don't mind being around pets..but I'm not a "pet person"). They also provide your own fridge for your food...so you don't have to guess what is yours. I was with them through the holidays and they made feel welcome, invited to holiday gatherings and was treated like family, and if I need to go back to Corpus, I would rebook this if needed. If you want to be on your own, they are cool with that. If you want to hang out with them in the evenings, they are cool with that too. Corpus is a great area, I was close to the water and loved driving around watching all the different birds and going to PINS on a weekly basis.

Awesome place!

Wow, this was an amazing place! B and C are very nice people, quick and easy to communicate with, and the house is awesome. Any time I needed something, they were there. The room and bathroom were spotless and the house had everything you could possibly need. They know the area very well and provide excellent suggestions for things to do. I wish I would have had more time to explore, but I highly recommend staying here if you can :)

Lucky find, amazing couple

I have felt so welcomed during my stay. The Minors treat you like family and truly blessed to now have them as life long friends. The room is perfect with your own bathroom, quiet and very comfortable. They respect your things and space while allowing the use of everything in the kitchen, Landry room (which is the biggest washer I have ever seen) and family room. They even welcomed me to their holiday meals. I am sad to go as they have been so amazing! Text me if you would like more information in this rental.
