One the best places in Bakersfield

I was a nurse anesthesiology resident on a 3-month rotation at Kern Medical, and staying here was truly a great experience. My girlfriend and I rented the casita, and I have nothing but positive things to say. Mark and Daniel were excellent hostsresponsive, accommodating, and always helpful when we needed anything. The unit was spotless and well-maintained, with strong internet, great air conditioning (essential during the summer!), and two private driveway parking spots. The pool was a huge bonus and perfect for cooling off. If I ever rotate through Bakersfield again, Ill definitely be renting from Mark and Daniel.

Feeling at home

I spent 7 months here. I had a project in Bakersfield and I wanted to find a place that feels like a home. This is the place! Besides that, the owners are spectacular! They treat me as member of their family and when my parents came to visit me they took care of them. I'm going to always be grateful to them. 100% recommended.

I have a travel job and this was the best stay we have had thus far hands down. M and D were great landlords and made our life very easy. Super responsive when needed and can give you all the recommendations you will need in the area! I was bummed to leave, but I highly recommend this casita if you're looking for a rental property to stay at.
