Single Family Home near Medical Facilities

perfect property

This is without a doubt the best property I've ever stayed in. I've been traveling for around five years. The place was immaculately clean very very safe and super convenient to the hospital where I was working. There are three bedrooms all furnished. The beds were extremely comfortable. The den is large and relaxing with a very large TV. The kitchen has everything you want. There's a large fenced in yard that my dog enjoyed. I truly cannot say enough good things about this property. The owner is extremely responsive to any text or problems that I may have. Although I only had a few tiny minor things happen. There is a handyman that lives right down the street that is available if any problems. I would recommend this to any Travel Nurse coming to the area.

Nice house in back

There are 2 houses on this property I stayed in the back house which is one bedroom one and a half baths. It was a brand new belt so I was the first one to rent it. Everything was new and clean and nice. Rent was 1600 a month which he let me split into two separate payments if I needed to he also had the majority of the stuff that you need to cook with. I did buy some stuff which he did pay me back for. if anything needed to be done, I texted him and he done gotten in contact with his contractor and he came over and fixed. Whatever which wasnt anything serious. It was just stuff that they had to button up. You know it wasnt totally done, the new Wi-Fi and then I sprayed for bugs, carport, light and fan, bought everything was fixed by that weekend because the handyman was in school. His sister came down and watered the plants outside and I talked with her, shes very nice and sweet. Bed was very comfortable, TVs nice and big, couch was nice and it reclines, kitchen is big too, you can cook whatever you need to cook, all in all was a great place to stay in. The rent was actually perfect as well.

What a amazing house beautiful living room everything brand new inside nice and quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. The owners are wonderful people, any problems their right there to fix it . The beds are nice and comfortable big bath room everything was included plenty of essentials to cook with by far one of the best properties I have rented in my travels . J and his wife are beautiful people always checking on you to make sure your stay is great if your traveling in the area this is the place to stay at exceptional clean and spacious . OH MY! Where do i start! From reaching out about this property up until the time i departed this airbnb the owners was more than amazing. Very friendly & Wonderful hospitality. They checked on me during my entire stay to make sure everything was going smooth. If you're traveling in this area and looking for a perfect rental, then look no further. This place has everything you could possibly need while traveling. Its fully stocked. Very clean and spacious house, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, also the lawn is done i think every 3 weeks( not for sure) but it stays clean. If im ever on an assignment again in this area im definitely running to see if their property is available. I really appreciate the great stay/ hospitality! Worth every penny!!! Thanks!

Travel assignment

The property is nice and well kept. I really liked that it had 3 bedrooms and a separate Tv room. The additional air conditioning is a nice touch for NC summers . The property owner is very responsive with any issues and understanding of travel nursing. The neighborhood is quiet, and the people are nice. About 7 minutes to Southeastern hospital.
