Great place to stay!!

I have only great things to say about this cute place! Anything you could need away from from home is here! Eleanor and her family were all super sweet and truly made me feel comfortable. If I ever had any issues, whether with my car or the apartment, Eleanor was always so quick to respond with help! If you ever need a place to stay in the Denver/Englewood area, this is definitely the place to stay!

Home away from home!

When I initially moved here, I had no intentions of staying past my first contract, but ended up staying nearly a year. This unit is so cozy and has all the essentials from an in unit W/D, kitchen necessities, and smart TV! The family is so welcoming and quick to address any and every question I had almost immediately. I 100% guarantee that you will love your stay here!

Great space to stay!

Es space was perfect for me! The property was very well stocked and had everything I needed. I honestly only would have needed to pack my clothes. The property has lots of storage throughout, an in unit W/D, and a covered parking spot. I never had any issues with the space, but E often checked in just in case I needed anything. Its on a beautiful neighborhood street nearby to several restaurants and bars. The hosts were so considerate. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful Home and Landlord

This rental had everything we needed and more! The house was clean with plenty of space. It is in a very convenient location to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and gym. The landlord was extremely responsive and attentive to any issues or needs during our stay. They made us feel at home and were very friendly. Would highly recommend staying here! It is in commuting distance to many Denver hospitals. I had a short 12 minute commute to UC Health at Highlands Ranch while still being in a short drive to downtown.

Beautiful Basement Apartment!!

I've had a wonderful stay at this cozy and bright basement apartment. It has lots of natural light from large windows and light-blocking shades for optimal sleep. Everything I needed was included with the apartment, all I had to bring was my clothing and toiletries. Very responsive landlords, any issues (minor) were fixed the same day! They are super nice people who care about their property and my comfort. I highly recommend this apartment.
