Wonderful Place in a Fantastic Neighborhood

We loved our time at this home. The nice neighborhood of 6 houses is wonderfully maintained with a vast lawn area that borders on a forested creek. It was not unusual to see deer grazing out the windows and hear the call of the pileated woodpeckers. The neighbors are great. The house is modern and has a great soaking bathtub in the master bedroom. The kitchen appliances are very nice and the house feels spacious. It has a nice back deck overlooking the lawn. The owner of this great house was available and easy to work with. We lived there for the better part of a year and enjoyed every minute of it.

changed price twice after moving in

Changed the price of the property several times and waited for us to move in to up charge us

I was very transparent with the price when you first inquired about this property ($1,800 per month). You then signed a lease agreeing to the price we discussed before you moved in. During month 2, it was brought to my attention that the online listing was not updated from the previous price ($1,600). This was my mistake, as the property had been rented by the same tenants for the past 8 months or so. Upon your move out shortly after, I was not notified and did not know you left the property. The signed lease also included a cleaning fee upon move out that I did not receive. I appreciate your stay and apologize that you feel this way.

Home away from home!

This place is AMAZING! Everything was clean and well taken care of when I moved in. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes/pots/pans/etc, there are plenty of linens (extra bed sheets and towels), and it was just a lovely place to stay. It has trash service which is not super common in Franklin and the location is very convenient, about 10 minutes away from everything you really need to get to. The landlord is super sweet and attentive, she always responded timely to any issues I had. If you walk up the mountain to the top of the neighborhood the view is breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Franklin and looking for a home away from home!

Traveling nurses

Perfect home away from home. C was so accomodating and a pleasure to do business with. This pictures don't do this property justice. Lovely home for peace and relaxation with ALL the comforts of a home after a busy shift. Beautifully decorated. The home is in a quite moutainous neighborhood but only minutes to town. A wonderful experience.
