Wonderful place and landlord

My husband and I stayed here for about 4 months and really enjoyed the entire stay. Linda is very sweet and thoughtful the entire time, even inviting us to friendsgiving! The place was clean and easy to live in.

Extended Stay

My experience here has lived up to what was promised on Day One. So much so that I extended my stay from 3 months to over 12 months. Quiet neighborhood, great parking, privacy respected, quick resonse to any communication with Linda. A great place to call home!

A home away from home

So Lucky to find L and S. New to the area Arvada is a perfect spot close to everything, safe, great neighborhood. Awesome hosts, travelers feel right at home.

This place was nice and cozy. Perfect for what I needed. The best part about it, however, are the hosts. They are the most friendly, accomodating, informative, warm, lovely, and respectful hosts I have ever encountered during my years of Traveling Healthcare. Great landlords

First thing I noticed is how forward the property owners are with communication, issues are addressed promptly and expectations are made clear. They do their best to make the studio feel like home and will work with you to meet expectations.They are very friendly and great people all around. I highly recommend renting here
