Excellent temp housing choice

This property is an excellent choice for a short term work stay. The rental was accurately described, well maintained with great decor, tidy and clean. Parking was on the street an easy to find. The kitchen was well supplied. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. The owner was considerate of my space when he was home, and he ensured that I had everything that I needed or preferred. M, the owner, communicated quickly even while he was traveling with the very few and minor questions I had. The house is a short distance to the freeway to get nearby medical centers. I am very glad I chose this property because it made the work assignment an even better experience during my time in Oakland, and I would readily choose to return for future contracts.
