Incredibly inviting

Lynn and Bob were such wonderful hosts, always considerate of your needs and always willing to help in any way. i found living here to be very comforting/safe. i would recommend this place, especially those who are a little nervous moving at first. Thank you for being such great company !

Best place in Bend!

I feel so lucky that I got to stay at Lynns property during my first time in Bend. It was everything I could have asked for and more!! As a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe and at home. There was more than enough storage space, great appliances, and I seriously have no complaints! Actually my only complaint is that I wish I could have stayed in Bend longer Lynn and Bob were such amazing hosts and I highly recommend this property. It was so close to everything in Bend and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Thank you so much to Lynn and Bob for a great stay! I know I will be back soon :)

The BEST spot in Bend!!

I certainly lucked out finding this spot! After spending the last 6 months in this apartment I have so many good things to say about my stay here. To start, this unit is completely private as it has its own entrance, kitchenette, laundry, bathroom, and even parking spot. Anything you could possibly need is included- from cooking supplies, a fan, an air purifier, AC, electric fireplace, linens, etc. Not to mention, there is a lot of space and storage! Another added plus is a bi-weekly cleaning service. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and quaint, with a short walk to a wonderful trail along the river that takes you right into downtown! L and B are amazing hosts- extremely welcoming, respectful, and beyond helpful. I have not only enjoyed staying on their property but have loved getting to know them as well! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to spend time in Bend!

This little apartment was the perfect little space for my stay in Bend! It was close to the river for my daily walks, as well as many other trails that were within a short drive from the place. L and B were wonderful hosts/landlords and very responsive to my needs and quick to fix issues that came up. It was quiet, clean, cozy, and just what I was looking for while staying in Bend. Highly recommend to future travelers!!

A great stay!

A perfect landing pad for the traveler! Fantastic location close to the river and a short walk to downtown. The hosts are extremely friendly, very respectful of your privacy, and very responsive to any need. The space is cozy and has everything stocked that you'll need. The convenient bi-weekly cleaning service is great. Nothing better than coming home to a sparkling place. The neighborhood is extremely quiet with friendly neighbors. I highly recommend!

Perfect in every way!

This property could not be more perfect! It had everything I needed and was so homey, not to mention the perfect location! I loved being near the park and downtown Bend. L and B were absolutely wonderful and always there if I needed anything. I stayed here six months and have zero complaints! Highly recommend

WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!

I had the pleasure of renting this unit from L and B and they were the best hosts! Very attentive and responsive whenever I reached out and Always available to help. I really appreciate the kindness they showed me during my stay. The unit itself was a breath of fresh air! It always smelled so fresh and clean! The sheets and pillows were clean and comfortable. I loved the shower because it was so relaxing. I felt 100% comfortable in this unit and I hate that I had to leave. The neighborhood was nice and in a great location. The neighbors were quiet. I had no issues at all during my stay. Im definitely looking forward to staying again. Great experience!

Incredible Hospitality and Far Exceeded Expectations

I stayed at this property for about a month in July and it far exceeded any expectations I could have had for a short term furnished rental . L and B were incredible hosts, they provided excellent communication throughout my stay, and made sure that the place had everything I needed. The studio itself is in in a wonderful location just minutes away from the river and downtown . It has a very spacious layout, an extremely comfortable and large bed, a great kitchen and living room, and has great air conditioning for the warm Oregon summers. Everything about this property was easy to deal with, and if I ever needed anything L and B were just a quick text message away. I would highly recommend this furnished studio to anyone in the Bend area !
