Follow up on last review

Wanted to give 4.5 stars so here is my 5 star review to balance it out. wanted to add some additional information and clarifications as well. I am a florida native and generally am used to warmer homes as a result, the basement was probably on average in the high 60s year round, for some this is an ideal temperature but for me personally it was a bit chilly. Also Netflix isn't necessarily a guaranteed amenity but one I had during my entire stay which was nice for the time I was there. Still, It's a great spot, the landlords were very nice my entire stay, and you'd be hard pressed to find more bang for your buck for the rent I paid.

Amazing for the value so long as you understand what you're renting

I'd do 4.5 if it was an option. First off it's important to manage your expectations of what you are getting. This is not a luxury apartment, it is the basement of a very nice family with a young son, and as such it has the problems/trappings that you might expect from a basement living situation (see cons). However if you understand what you are signing up for, what you get for the price can't be beat. Landlords are very nice and were always considerate. If you're looking for a cheap, safe, furnished place this is a great spot for the price Pros: Came with Netflix All utilities are covered by the landlords Plenty of square footage Cheap rent Nice Neighborhood Very nice and attentive landlords Cons: The family does a suspiciously large amount of laundry on a regular basis (likely due to their young son) Can hear them walking at times No oven or stove top quite cold Many outlets are on a single circuit which means you can't run a ton of electronics/appliances simultaneously
