Outstanding landlord/apartment
We have been here for almost two weeks, and it has been great. We are very familiar with West Seattle, and love being here. Great walks down to Alki Beach, restaurants and a quick drive/bus ride to downtown Seattle. Ketlyne is fantastic; so caring and considerate and very responsive to any issues. Comfortable and modern apartment, nicely furnished, great location. Parking is challenging, but we have been able to work it out without issue.

Best spot in West Seattle
This is a great studio apartment to choose for your home away from home. Ketlyne is a great host, always quick to reply back and fix any issues there may be. Plus its only a walk away from Alki beach and trendy little food spots!

Great spot
Clean newer upper portion of a townhouse close to downtown and situated next to some nice amenities like a coffee shop and restaurant. All of West Seattle's offerings are just a short drive/bus ride away as well. Be sure to survey the area to make sure it works for you - if you decide to rent here Ketlyne is a great host and extremely responsive.

Best stay! It had everything I needed for a long term stay and property owner was very responsive, friendly and attentive to any questions or needs I had during my stay! Highly recommend for individuals or couple looking for a place to call home away from home

Perfect place to stay!
K hosting her beautiful studio home is the perfect get away just outside seattle! Perfect for those who are mariners fans or concert goers as its super close to the stadiums. West Seattle is the place to be! Its quiet and everyone in the neighborhood is nice and peaceful! The apartment itself is simple, modern and cozy. Staying here and communicating with Ketlyne was very easy and enjoyable. This hidden gem was the best place to call home.

K was one of the best landlords Ive ever had. She made me feel so welcomed in the studio. She was always available if I needed anything and shes just so kind. The studio is perfect and is in a beautiful spot close to Alki beach. I love how modern the studio is and the design to it. 10/10 experience
