Lovely Little Home Away From Home

This house was perfect for my 13 week contract. Very close to the hospital and easy access to the interstate. The landlord is very quick to respond for any issues which were few! I would definitely try to stay here again if my assignments brought me back to Dayton. Thank you so much!!

Nice property. Owner charged me for a new bath tub when I didnt damage the one in the apartment. I asked for dated pics and he sent pictures with no dates. There were streaks on the tub in a pic he sent me. I only used Lysol wipes to clean it since I was only there literally a week during the whole month I rented the apartment I feel as if he was not being honest with me, but nothing I could do about it without involving an attorney, but it was not worth it for $450 He did, however, find a piece of jewelry and returned it. Kind of odd that hed give back the jewelry but charge me incorrectly for cleaning. I left the apartment in better shape than I found it. Would not rent from Him again nor would I recommend anyone else to rent from him. But If you do decide to rent from This landlord, take your own pictures Before signing the lease.

Wonderful Spot

Completed updated, quiet surroundings and centrally located to all Kettering hospitals. I enjoyed my stay.
