Amazing Home and Owner

Eva is incredibly welcoming and caring to her tenants. She will always try to accommodate to make you feel right at home. The house is also beautiful and incredibly clean and dust free along with being quiet and spacious. The location also places you less than a 5 minute drive from grocery stores and gas stations. For being so close to Boston, it feels like a nice quaint neighborhood. I highly recommend being a tenant here.

Charming and convenient -- perfect location

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a lovely room in a charming house, and I cant recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, Eva was incredibly gracious and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is idealjust 15-20 minutes from downtown Boston, yet nestled in a safe and beautiful town. Its the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The property itself is gorgeous, with well-maintained grounds that add to the overall charm. I also appreciated the convenient amenities such as in-home laundry, which made my stay even more comfortable. Everything I needed was easily accessible, and the entire process was easy. Eva makes a wonderful hostess. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic Place

This rental is beautiful. I stayed here for two years upon moving to Boston, and it was amazing. The landlord is extremely accommodating and friendly, and the location is amazing. Close enough to the city to be accessible without giving up the space and freedom of the suburbs. Wakefield is a cute little town with plenty of outdoor locations and supermarkets nearby. I cannot recommend this rental enough!

Amazing place & great host

This place has everything you are looking for if you are a traveling professional. It is a very large home with ample space. It is located a few minutes away from the center of town with all kinds of stores, restaurants, etc. Also only a 30 min commute into Boston (without traffic). Plenty to do around the area if you like to venture out and explore. E is a great host and her dog Bailey is super friendly. You will feel right at home if you stay here. Don't miss out and book this place is you are working around the Wakefield area!
