Excellent Place to Stay in Phoenix!

This property was my favorite stay in during my two years of travel nursing thus far. J was a very responsive, efficient, and communicative landlord. Everything in the apartment (including towels and sheets) was of high quality. The apartment complex itself felt safe and secure the entire time, which was important to me as a solo female. The convenience in location cannot be beat.... you are a very short drive to the best areas that Phoenix has to offer, and a short trip to the other main suburbs. The pool was always available and clean. There is a workout room, but it did not look like the building maintained it super well. However, every type of food, store, restaurant, and hiking trek is within 15 minutes from you. Would certainly stay here again if I come back. The building doesn't offer recycling but there is a bin in a senior center parking lot off of 28th street. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful to walk/ run in. Very quiet for night shift or day shift nurses.

Cute apartment, good location!

I stayed here for three months and I loved it! Really nice washer/dryer. Comfy bed. Pull out couch if you have visitors. Had some issues with the AC and the landlord was very attentive and quick to get it fixed. Lots of stores nearby.
