Just what we needed!

The owners were wonderful. We moved and were house hunting in California over the summer and this was the perfect place for us during the transition. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. Were were able to have our fur babies with us during our stay. It is a couple blocks to a grocery and Starbucks. The owners were very responsive and keep it well maintained! It has all the necessities and more!

Studio in Riverside, CA

I enjoyed my stay at this studio very much. I travel with a small zoo of animals, a cat and my medium sized dog. S and T are great hosts/landlords, very friendly, and very kind. I was actually a little sad that I had to leave this assignment because not only was my hospital amazing (Loma Linda University Childrens ED), but because I enjoyed my stay at this property. S and T are VERY pet friendly. They have their own two dogs, B and C, who are the sweetest little dogs, and they helped me out with my dog as well. The studio was very clean, all the needs were met. Amazing fruit treats and bushes. Along with a great clean pool, and a hot tub that T turns on for you whenever you would like! S and T really embrace "This is your home while you are away from your home, we want you to feel comfortable" which they did. Some may say living this close to your landlord is odd, but it wasn't. It was great. I would stay here again. Above and beyond!

Great for Travelers with Pets

Without a doubt, the biggest selling point of this property are the managers. They're both highly accommodating and mindful of tenants. They responded quickly to any concerns we had and were readily available to offer assistance whenever we had any sort of issues. I would certainly stay here again given another assignment in the area.
