Good Stay
Stayed here for 3 months the summer of 2025 with my husband. The place was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Andre and Patrice were great. It was so nice to have a garage to park in! Keyless entry was also nice. Kitchen was decently equipped, some of the knives are dull and you might need to invest in a thing or 2 depending on how much you cook. No problems with mold or bugs- in fact, I'm pretty sure there was some kind of dehumidifier built into the central air. Downstairs neighbor was a bit rude, but she's trying to sell her place so hopefully she will be successful soon!

Great Stay!
I stayed here for roughly 3 months and have no complaints about the place or Andre the landlord. He was very accommodating and super responsive if I ever needed to reschedule out. Close garage parking was an added bonus to the comfy apartment. If I ever needed a place to stay in JAX for I'd definitely stay here again.
