New, Private 1BR/1BA Condo in the Heart of Charlotte's NoDa Arts District, Near Uptown

Great summer stay

Enjoyed my stay here. Clean and spacious space. Well stocked. Good amenities. Responsive landlord. Convenient parking. A couple fun restaurants and breweries around. Easy walk to the center of NoDa, with a lot more dining and entertainment establishments. Also easy walk to a couple good gyms. Would definitely recommend.

Staying at this apartment in N has been the most positive experience weve had so far on furnished finder! S was so kind to give us a virtual tour and made us feel incredibly comfortable not only in our communication, but also in the special touches left in the apartment - organized binder with all the details about the place/recommendations to go out, toiletries, and the place was very clean. I highly recommend anyone to stay here! It is only 5-10 mins away from hospitals downtown, and the food around here is amazing. My husband worked from home and she provided a desk as well, which was so helpful. Thank you S for everything we are so grateful!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We are two travel nurses with a dog and this was the perfect stay for us. Close to the hospital, pet friendly, in walking distance to some of the best bars, breweries, and restaurants! Parking was not an issue for us with 2 vehicles. Neighborhood is also very safe and had no issues. The place is also brand new and is very cute with a great balcony you can hear live music from! S was also very responsive and a great host. Would highly recommend this place!
