Great stay for traveling student

This cottage is perfect and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! It has a nice kitchen that is well-equipped for cooking, a comfortable bed that feels separate enough from the living area, a couch to relax and watch TV, and a nice bathroom. Plus an in-unit washer and dryer are great.The landlord, Malia is super kind and generous. She helped me out in numerous ways, including allowing me to rent a bedroom from her own primary house (above the cottage unit) until the cottage became available. She tries to make everything as easy as possible for traveling students or professionals, and I would highly recommend her!

I rented this cottage for 6 months and my time here was wonderful! Beautiful views, great location, and very friendly landlord. Highly recommend!

Nature Retreat

We rented this lovely cottage for several months as weve relocated from Maui due to the Lahaina fires. The location is perfect and convenient right above Waikiki. It feels like were living in a treehouse with beautiful views from every window. We very much enjoyed the cool breeze, bird songs and the beauty of nature. Everything you need in a home (oven/ washer-dryer/ parking) but not easy to find in Hawaii rentals are conveniently available in the cottage. The design of the cottage is also put together thoughtfully and noticed in the details throughout the home. Lovely home with a graceful owner - available to reach should you need anything. 5 stars home and stay!

Home away from home

This property is the perfect little private cottage. It has everything you need and is close to local hospitals. Great proximity to Waikiki, yet surrounded by the lush greenery of Tantalus. it has all the comforts of home, including an in-unit washer and dryer, which is a true luxury not always found in other properties. The owner is very responsive, respectful, and friendly...even sharing her avocados that fall from her huge tree! I also had friends and family visitors from the Mainland while i was there, and she was perfectly fine with it. She was a joy to rent from, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there!

Excellent Cottage!

I highly recommend this property on Oahu! It's in a perfect, central location, close to the hospitals and freeway. The cottage has everything you need for your stay and is the perfect size for a solo traveler. The owner is very accommodating and always available for anything you need! The A/C, kitchen appliances, and washer/ dryer are added bonuses. I will definitely miss my time on Oahu!

Home away from home

This place is wonderful! The owner is amazing and easy to get a hold of, if you need anything. The location is great, close to the hospitals and easy to get to anywhere you needed. Everything is beautifully updated, and made it an easy transition to feel at home. GREAT PLACE!
