Best I've had

I moved to this property for a contract at VCU in Richmond VA. The home is very close to the hospital. Only a 5 min drive or 30ish min walk. It was a mostly quiet neighborhood, the exceptions being one neighbor has a somewhat vocal dog (but it's on the end of the house not by bedrooms so it was never a big deal for me) and the street it's on is apparently a nice throughway for emergency services. I hardly noticed either. This was in a somewhat gentrified neighborhood, so there was definitely a variety. However, the I never had any packages stolen or damage to either my car (street parking) or bicycle locked up in yard. The 3rd room provided storage I needed and then some. The kitchen was probably the best "fully stocked" kitchen I've had. Blender, coffee maker, variety of a nice set of pots and pans, hand held mixer, some other coffee accessories and a kettle. The heat and central AC both worked great. Your landlords are very responsive and prompt and great to work with!
