Lovely coastal room with private bath close to hospitals and beach

Cozy little studio

Loved renting from the host! She was super flexible and accommodating. The space is small, but easily workable for one person. Living so close to the beach was so fun, the streets were lively with people walking and biking on the weekends. I'd definitely recommend the studio if you want a private space close to the beach and freeway.

Great place, great host

Rhonda was great to work with. I am a traveling Interventional Radiology RN, and I was there for 9 months. Quiet, and you can hear the ocean at night. Great park 5 min away.

Sunny Room in beach vibe neighborhood

I initially committed to 30 days but ended up staying 8 months. The bed was very comfy and there is a very big comfy chair too. The room has French doors that open to the lovely greenery of a back yard and patio. The basics of keeping and heating are available in the room but bringing an InstaPot and blender of my own increased my cooking options. Grocery store and Starbucks are about .5 mile away. Great for beach walks a couple of blocks away. The host is also a medical professional and very hospitable. If you are an animal lover you will have a beautiful dog and two cats as new furry friends. They kept me laughing. I enjoyed the neighborhood so much that I leased an apartment there when I saw a for rent sign while out on a walk. Highly recommended!

I would give this property and R 10 Stars rating! I would rent from her again in a heartbeat. And her animals were amazing also, and I already miss her and her fur babies. This is one of the best deals in town! My contract ended and I went back home to Arizona. R is an easygoing,kind hearted lady and I feel blessed to have met her and acquired a new BFF.

Tranquility Oasis

If you want a quiet beach vibe, this is the place you want. Close to all hospitals in the area, 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of cute shops in the area. If I ever have another assignment in the area. Definitely staying here again. Great walking trails.

Great Beach Home

Ms. R's property is an amazing place to stay for any traveler. A 2 minute walk to the beach, safe area, close to hospitals in the area. I worked night shift and never had my sleep interrupted which was a great bonus. If I am ever to take another assignment in the Ventura area I would definitely stay here again.
