The Property was fantastic. It had everything that I needed for my extended stay in San Diego. B is an excellent host who not only provides everything necessary but is also very available as well as communicative. The property is in an amazing part of North Park that is easily walkable to all the restaurants and shops on University which makes it very appealing to anyone who doesn't have a car (much like myself) while still having a variety of options. Overall, I would gladly stay at this property again and look forward to my next stay in San Diego.

Great place to stay with great company

This was an absolutely great living situation I came across! The owner was very accommodating and the room was fully furnished! Made the moving in process very easy. This is a perfect area in North Park. North Park is an eclectic vibe of chill nights with tons of highly rated restaurants in walking distance from the apartment. The owner was a cool guy that is very laid back, honest and fair with everything. He made the stay fun and became a good friend when weekends were more laid back and a stay in night was in the cards. He is respectful of space and really good at communicating! I definitely recommend living here, no matter how long it is for. It is a wonderful time and experience!

Great stay

This place was anything short of a perfect placegreat location in the San Diego area, which is centrally located to about everything. The owner is also one of the nicest people ever and constantly makes sure you feel like you're right at home.

Excellent Stay

Great location and super close to tons of neat shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The owner is very friendly and does truly spend a lot of time away from the apartment, making it feel like you have the place to yourself most of the time. The apartment is clean, convenient, and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
