Upmarket, Quiet street. Furnished . The unit has a separate entrance, and is sunny and bright. Bathroom is deluxe with granite top and large shower. Nice clean carpet and paint, with French doors leading to a private Patio with table and chairs, and a separate Kitchenette with table and 2 chairs. Parking in driveway. We live in a very safe quiet cul de sac in a neighborhood with many trees and a lovely green belt for walking. Not far from the 78 freeway. Close to many shops, restaurants and 10 min from gorgeous Carlsbad beaches! Includes utilities,washer/dryer and lovely patio. Sunny & Quiet.

Great Value for Dollar
I was a tenant for more than two years. It worked well for me. It's a leafy neighborhood with walking trails that's a stone's throw from necessities and many nice places to eat, et cetera; plus it's highway- and freeway-friendly. The landlords, Lyn and Charles, are fantastic, responsive and truly lovely human beings.

Perfect location for all your needs! Safe neighborhood, private room with private entrance, sunny patio, with a large bathroom. Microwave and hotplate included, with washer and dryer access, close to the beach, freeways, and shops. My son really enjoyed his 9 months stay in this furnished room for his last year of college!!
