Enjoyed My Stay

Ms. Shelley is one of the nicest landlords anyone could have. I definitely felt at home here, and this space will definitely be missed by me. The bedroom had plenty of space and everything you could possibly need was in this apartment. I would definitely rent from Ms. Shelley again.

Excellent Property

I stayed here for over a year and very rarely did I run into any problems at the house. Anything that did arise was quickly and easily fixed by contacting the landlord. The landlord is incredibly easy to get in contact with and would bend over backwards to get my needs taken care of. My girlfriend would attest to the tastefulness of the decorations as well as the homely feel of the space. It is fully furnished with just about everything you could possibly need. The long hallway connecting the bedroom to the living room/kitchen makes the place feel larger. I never heard the landlord above me and didn't feel like I had to worry about the volume of my tv/music (although I was never blasting either). The property is also in a great location with quick access to I-285/I-70, the Battery, and to many different restaurants/fast foods. I can't think of a negative for this apartment.

Peaceful Oasis was more than peaceful!

S was a WONDERFUL host and her basement apartment unit was the perfect home away from home. I enjoyed everything from the well-lit walkway and the beautiful scenery landscaping to the wonderfully decorated unit. The unit had everything that I needed to make my stay as perfect as ever. Nice updated and stainless steel appliances, a big screen TV, and the most comfortable bed. S was very responsive during my stay and was readily available to assist when needed. She is the sweetest lady ever! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The home is not far from the hustle and bustle of the city, close to The Battery, and with easy access to 285 and 75. I will definitely stay at her place again!
