Wonderful Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this rental! The owners were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing thoughtful recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and nearby grocery stores, which made my trip so easy and enjoyable. The place itself was comfortable and perfect for my stay, and you can tell they truly care about their guests experience. I absolutely loved it here and would happily stay again in the future!

I loved my stay here so much I extended an additional 7 months! J, M, and F were so welcoming and kind throughout my stay and Im so grateful for the opportunity to get to know them. Truly the sweetest! Street parking was never an issue. Loved the washer/dryer and having a full sized fridge. Would definitely return!!

The Perfect Unit!

I cannot express how much I enjoyed my 7 months at this property. It is on a quiet street with great parking. Its centrally located to all of LA. The unit itself was clean, spacious and provided all the necessities. J&M went above and beyond from helping me move my car on street cleaning days when I was out of town, to ensuring my family had enough blankets and pillows when they came to visit. The bedroom had a great closet and a tall dresser to fit all my clothes and a bedside table. The bed is extremely comfortable. The living room had a comfy couch and two chairs so plenty of space when I had guests over. Large TV and coffee table made it a perfect space to hang out in. The bathroom has a great size vanity and under the sink storage to hold all of your bathroom supplies. The kitchen has a large fridge, pantry, and cabinet space that had all the cookware you would ever need. The large island made it easy to cook and host get togethers. Overall extremely happy and sad to leave!

Amazing One Bedroom

This unit is perfect for a single traveler. It's modern, clean, with access to the backyard. The host and owners are amazing, accommodating and definitely respect your privacy. The home is adjoined however there is still a wonderful amount of privacy, and separation. The home is on a quiet block, close to the highway, easy accessibility to DTLA or Culver City Direction. I would absolutely stay again!

Cozy, Clean, and Cute!

Perfect little home! Had everything I needed for my time in LA. All appliances are new and in perfect condition, and all the furniture is cute and very comfortable. J and M were always incredibly friendly and communicative, and were easy to reach when I had any questions. Nice neighborhood, super close to grocery stores and USC. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable (and trendy!) spot in LA.
