Comfortable place

My family and I had a very positive experience staying here. The townhouse has a good layout, with a decent size living area downstairs and two large rooms upstairs. The townhouse community is quiet and safe. Elven was a great landlord, very respectful and always ready to make sure our stay at his place was comfortable. Overall, if you need to spend an extended time in Gainesville, this is a good place to be.

Amazing Stay , E made sure to give us the best stay. He is on top of it . Place was beautiful , clean , excellent area specially for families , very quiet and quaint. Sitting outside on the yard to read on the evening was the best way to end work shifts. He is very respectful and kind. Already planning the next say when I come into town.

Kind, friendly and very responsive land lords. Also worth noting as a woman who travels alone I felt comfortable in the neighborhood. The house has everything you need to feel comfortable.

Perfect townhouse in a great location

The house is clean, everything is in working condition and exactly as described. There is everything available you'll need for a furnished stay. Myself and two others rented this house for several months. E and his property manager were kind, friendly, professional and quick to respond to any questions or issues as they arouse. For example, once we wanted to turn up the temperature on the hot water heater, they came out same day to make an adjustment. Truly could not ask for anything else in a rental. We would have stayed even longer, but one of our roommates' contract assignment ended. I know my next landlord won't compare to this one.

We came into town to visit family. This property is so cozy and close to everything fun! M & E were both very professional and helpful during our stay. You will absolutely love it!
