This apartment is huge and very clean! Its a great area close to shopping centers and hospitals. The owner is very helpful, flexible & responsive. The neighborhood is very friendly and beautiful. I have no complaints.

Cant say enough good things about this property!The neighborhood is quiet & safe. Having a driveway to park in was a bonus. There are lots of amazing homes in the development including this one. Very clean, & had everything I needed plus more. It has a really comfortable bed. I ended up buying the same one for my home in Virginia. The shower has good pressure & hot water. The homeowner was always on point. If I needed anything he was always quick to respond. Plus hes just a good person to rent from. Always friendly and helpful. Its really close to nice restaurants at Maple Lawn, & 2 grocery stores. There are walking trails at a nearby lake. Only 10 minutes away from Columbia Mall as well.

This is a spacious property in a wonderful and safe neighborhood. A large one bedroom basement apartment with natural lighting, private entrance, and many amenities are a plus. Close to Howard Co. General Hospital and many surrounding stores/restaurants. K, the host is very professional, accessible and accommodating. I would gladly return and highly recommend this property. K
