This home is bigger in person, comfortable and in a quiet safe neighborhood. Mel is absolutely the sweetest and always responsive. I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Eureka Loft

All in All was a great stay: 1- clean and organized 2- bathroom decent size with the humidifier and has everything you need. 1-easy access to the hospital and Providence Imaging its like 1.5 mile or less. 3- easy access to grocery and gas station like 1 mile distance 4- Ms. Mil has a great communication and got everything ready for me. 5- code access through the main entrance with great.

Lost coast cottage

I had a lovely stay at this cottage, conveniently located close to my workplace. Quiet & well equipped with all that one may need for an extended stay.

Great stay walking distance to hospital

Excellent value for a private space close to the hospital. Mel was very responsive with any issues that came up. The studio is equipped with all the basics plus a smart tv and fast internet. Laundry is conveniently located right downstairs. I would stay there again.

Perfect little studio

I would stay here again in the future if I were to return for the same hospital. It had everything I needed in the studio plus more! Not only was the studio perfect size, but it was so close to the grocery store, pharmacy, Providence, gym, hiking trails, zoo etc.. M was also great at responding very quickly to any concerns or questions. If you're wondering where to stay, look no further. This place was truly perfect. In fact, if I were to return to Eureka, I'd definitely look for the same studio.. I felt safe and provided for.

Nice property and landlord

This is a nice little cottage only about 2 minutes from St Joseph Hospital. The area is quiet and well kept. My 20-lb terrier had plenty of room in the small backyard. The landlord was very attentive and helpful. When I had to get out of a loud hotel early, she made sure this house was ready for me. She's been honest and gracious. I would rent from her again for sure.

Cozy and convenient!

This is an ideal location! A quick 2 min ride to St Joseph, also very near to Safeway, and sequoia park/zoo. The area is safe and quiet. M is also great, very receptive and quick to answer any questions. Definitely recommend!

Cozy and Cute!

My stay at the cottage was for 8 weeks and it was super cozy and cute! Its super close to the hospital (like a 2 min drive) and just down the street from few stores like safeway and CVS. It was a perfect spot for myself to stay at! The kitchenette was really nice for food prep and comes with a hot water kettle. The Landlord/owner is really nice and attentive, she even messaged me to check on me when there was some weather and things! Definitely would recommend and would stay over again.

Perfect Studio Apartment

Attentive and very responsive owners. Great location, bright and clean space. Wonderfully cozy with plenty of room for someone who needs their own space. Super convenient to the hospital and grocery stores. I enjoy cooking and this space provides all you need to cook weekly meals or do some meal prep.

Beautiful and cozy!

M is an excellent host! She is so sweet, and always quick to respond to questions and keep us informed on anything that might be going on with the property. The house is so cute with plenty of room and all of the furnishings and decor make it so cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and just an easy walk away from trails and the zoo! 10/10 would recommend and we'll definitely stay at one of M's places again if we get the chance!
