Renting just the way we like it

I rented from Andrew for over a year as took a contract at U of M and Corewell Farmington Hills. I was able to walk to and from work everyday, which was amazing! His place and accommodations were absolutely perfect! Clean, cozy, parking on the premise, access to laundry. Everything a traveler could need. What made this experience even better and memorable was the care from Andrew. I always felt safe and taken care of, yet he respected my privacy. I can confidently say, if your looking to stay here, don't pass it up!

Comfortable Basement Apartment

I stayed here for about 5 months for a contract I had at the nearby Beaumont hospital. The location was very convenient. The hospital was so close that it was a 5-8 minute walk to work. It is a 10 minute drive from multiple grocery stores, department stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet, hardly any cars pass through the area. I felt safe living there and appreciated the security features that the house had. The apartment itself was comfortable. The bed was soft and A included all basic supplies such as dishware, linens, towels, and cooking tools. The apartment was very very clean as well. The living room and kitchen area doesn't get a ton of natural light because it is underground and there is just a small window, but the indoor lighting was plentiful and made up for it. A was a great landlord to have, he was super responsive and always helpful. I am a pretty private person and he respected our privacy the entire stay. Very nice guy.
